- Late Arrivals: Arrive 15 minutes early. Over 30 minutes late? Time may be reduced or rescheduled
- Returns: Late returns are billed hourly—just let us know in advance
- Tow Rope Safety: Keep ropes clear of the intake. Rope damage starts at $500
- Cleanliness: Excessive mess will result in a $250 cleaning fee
